BIO:


I truly believe that mental wellness and good health are the most important components to everyone’s longevity.  Feeling good will add to the quality of your life.  As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, I worked 15 of my 25 years as a back office nurse in a cardiologist office.  In which I gained experience in many aspects of optimum health and wellness, including advising patients with diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiac risk factors, and abdominal disorders on their nutrition and exercise programs for weight management, cardiac endurance, and rehabilitation.

I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life.  Competing in sports at all grade school levels and then into competitive bodybuilding after having two children, I know the meaning of commitment.  So because of a desire to help others with their goals, I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 1992.  By developing an Optimum Home Workout Guide, Home Circuit Training Guide, and by using my Total Fitness Assessment Package and Computerized Diet/Exercise Analysis, many have benefited for years.  In addition, as a Certified Nutrition Consultant I will set you up with the most optimal individual nutritional requirement plan for your bodies demands.  I also enjoy helping clients with good posture, flexibility, and keeping aches and pains away through my Myoskeletal Therapist Certification.   Likewise, as a Post-Rehabilitation Trainer, I will work with you on exercises to increase a quick recovery after an injury and/or physical therapy.

Everyone can do something!  Let me help you set your fitness goals and obtain them.  Body sculpting with weight resistance, hiking, Adventure racing, and Century Cycling are just some of the current activities that keep me motivated.
