Kathleen Sheridan began teaching Dance Fitness in 1982. She became a certificated yoga instructor in 2001 and completed her In-Depth Studies with Mark Stephens in 2015. Currently Kathleen is teaching Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes. In all her classes she focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance in both mind and body. Kathleen is an artist, a breast cancer survivor and a grandmother of 12.
